西塔環(huán)填料作為實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)用較廣的填料,屬于金屬材質(zhì),也是一種小顆粒填料,用金屬板材制成,填料的直徑與高度相等。

西塔環(huán)由許多沖有小孔的薄的不銹鋼金屬片卷成,但沖孔不去掉金屬,而使其突出,成為粗糙的表面,有利于液體在填料表面的潤濕。

壓延孔環(huán)填料主要用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室及小批量、高純度產(chǎn)品的分離過程,它不像金屬絲網(wǎng)式螺旋圈填料在精餾前必須多次液泛使其潤濕,實(shí)驗(yàn)填料。
